- Yes, the Residential has rooms for rent. Please contact us in order to establish a guided visit to the Residential and take an inside view to our facilities.

I’ve bought a car recently and I would like to keep it in a garage. Can that be arranged?
- The Residential has an agreement with an enterprise that will look after your car and assume all responsibilities.

I have a friend that depends on a wheelchair. Does the Residential have all the means to lodge a person with special conditions?
- The Residential is prepared to deal with those situations. We have a proper room well equipped which will give him all the comfort he needs. We also possess a lift to facilitate the displacement.

We are a group of friends that would like to spend some time in Guarda. So, we need a place to stay. Do you have group discounts?
- The Residential has group discounts all year. Please contact us to know our special prices.

I have a pet that I would like to take with me. Can that be possible?
- Pets have to stay outside the Residential. Although, I’m sure we can find a suitable solution. Please contact us.

I’m an emigrant and I would like to know if you have cable TV.
- The Residential has cable TV in the bedrooms and in the living rooms.

I would like to know if you have or can provide guided tours in order to visit and get to know the region.
- The Residential has a program that includes guided tours in the region. Please contact us so we can give you all the information you need.

We are about to organize a conference and we need a pleasant place to serve the meals. We would like to know if the Residential can rent us its restaurant and if it has specialized people to serve.
- Our facilities can receive external services depending on the number of people and the place needed. The Residential also has a group of specialized people in hotel-keeping who will assure all the service.

Do you have room service? And laundry?
